I've been insured by Erie since October of 2022 with nothing but positive experiences. My recent interests have lead me to travel and live temporarily out of state, so when I had windshield hail damage outside the state I was insured in, I thought I was in for a paperwork nightmare. When I called Erie the process was simple and I had a repair (completely free under my coverage, by the way) scheduled within a day of my first call. I keep them up to date on when and where I'm traveling-- they keep me headache free. Thank you Matt!
